[Pelvic inflammatory disease associated with Neisseria meningitis bacteremia].

The Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID) caused by Neisseria meningitidis (Nm), as an extraneurological manifestation considered as a case study with few precedents. It is so far known that the occasional transposition of ecological niches occurs. There are several bibliographical reports that show an increase in the colonization of the genitourinary tract due to Nm.
