Background: CRS with HIPEC is a complex operation that has shown survival benefit in patients with a variety of primary and metastatic peritoneal surface malignancies. While optimal oncologic and perioperative outcomes have been defined by expert consensus and demonstrated at university-affiliated, academic centers, similar results have never been presented from a non-university-affiliated, community center in the literature to date.

Methods: All cases of CRS with HIPEC performed at a non-university-affiliated, community center were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.
