Pharmacodynamic interaction of Momordica charantia with rosiglitazone in rats.

The present study was undertaken to determine the interaction of rosiglitazone, a PPAR-gamma agonist with methanolic extract of Momordica charantia L (MC), an herbal drug used widely as an antidiabetic agent.
