Sarcomatoid Carcinoma of Larynx: A Rare Case.

Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare tumour consisting of both sarcomatous and carcinomatous elements. It accounts for less than 1% of laryngeal malignancies. This case report describes sarcomatoid carcinoma of the larynx in a 54-year-old male managed by total laryngectomy with post operative radiotherapy.
