Groundwater is essential for maintaining ecosystem health and overall well-being as a pivotal resource for plants and animals. The increasing public consciousness of the deterioration of groundwater quality has emphasized the significance of undertaking extended evaluations of groundwater water quality, particularly in regions undergoing substantial hydrological alterations. This study primarily aims to investigate the spatio-temporal variations in groundwater quality and evaluate its suitability for potable purposes in the region of Madhya Pradesh.

The synthesized nanocomposite was characterized using TEM, FTIR, SEM-EDX, XRD, and TGA techniques to determine its composition, structure, and thermal stability. The adsorptive removal of Pb(II) and Cd(II) heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions was studied using the synthesized CFSG nanocomposite.

Algal bloom-related toxins have been implicated in human health disorders and ecological dysfunction and are detrimental to the national and global economy. Biomonitoring programs based on traditional monitoring protocols were characterised by some limitations that can be efficiently overdone using the CRISPR/Cas technology.

An aerobic microbial fuel cell (MFC) was designed to produce bio-electricity using cow manure-pretreated slurry (CM) and sewage sludge (SS). A comparative study of parametric effects on power generation for various parameters like feed ratio of wastes, pH of anode media, and electrode depth was conducted. This experiment aimed to identify the most important system parameters and optimize them to develop a suitable controller for a stable output.

In this article, we review current strategies to improve tumour and cancer drug delivery, which mainly focuses on sustaining biocompatibility, biodistribution, and active targeting. The conventional therapy using cornerstone drugs such as fludarabine, cisplatin etoposide, and paclitaxel has its own challenges especially not being able to discriminate between tumour versus normal cells which eventually led to toxicity and side effects in the patients.

The present study examined the adsorption of As(III) and As(V) (arsenics) from aqueous solutions using FeCl impregnated bagasse fly ash (BFA-Fe). Batch adsorption studies were carried out to evaluate the effect of various parameters like initial pH ( ), adsorbent dose (), contact time (), initial concentration ( ) and temperature (T) on the removal of As(III) and As(V) from aqueous solutions. The maximum removal of As(III) and As(V) was found ~ 95% and ~ 97% at lower concentration (< 20 μg/dm) and ~ 86% and ~ 87% at higher concentration (500 μg/dm), respectively, using 3 g/dm of BFA dosage at 303 K.
