Materials And Methods: This study involved 205 patients diagnosed with epilepsy. The questionnaire included questions about sociodemographic information to analyze the demographic composition.
The tripartite motif-containing protein 66 (TRIM66, also known as TIF1-delta) is a PHD-Bromo-containing protein primarily expressed in post-meiotic male germ cells known as spermatids. Biophysical assays showed that the TRIM66 PHD-Bromodomain binds to H3 N-terminus only when lysine 4 is unmethylated. We addressed TRIM66's role in reproduction by loss-of-function genetics in the mouse.

Here, we provide a protocol for NuMat preparation in intact embryos and its use in dissecting the components of nuclear architecture. The protocol does not require isolation of nuclei and therefore maintains the three-dimensional milieu of an intact embryo, which is biologically more relevant compared to cells in culture.

Background: Epilepsy is the second most common neurological disorder, and it may have a significant effect on sexual functions in epileptic patients.
Materials And Methods: Sexual dysfunctions were assessed in 146 male patients suffering from generalized tonic-clonic seizure (GTCS) with a seizure-free interval of at least 1 year. Out of 146 patients enrolled, 46 patients had a psychiatric impairment and were excluded from the study, after applying the General Health questionnaire12 (GHQ12) scale and detailed psychiatric evaluation.
Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome corona virus 2(SARS-CoV-2), the causative agent of corona virus disease-2019(COVID- 19) which has led to a global pandemic. The true extent of the burden of COVID-19 may be underestimated, and there is need to know the current prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 antibody in population.
Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional study to assess prevalence of SARS-CoV- 2 IgG antibody among 586 healthy voluntary blood donors who donated whole blood between mid-December 2020 to January 2021.

Soluble aggregates critically influence the chemical and biological aspects of amyloid protein aggregation, but their population is difficult to measure, especially in vivo. We take an optical fiber-based fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) approach to characterize a solution of aggregating amyloid-beta molecules. We find that this technique can easily resolve aggregate particles of size 100 nm or greater in vitro, and the size distribution of these particles agrees well with that obtained by conventional FCS techniques.
