Background: This study aimed to translate the original version of the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAITY) into a Thai version by using cross-cultural adaptation, and to examine the psychometric properties and cut-off score of the CAITY - Thai version (CAITY-T).

Methods: Six cross-cultural adaptation steps were used to translate and validate the psychometric properties with 267 participants, 140 with chronic ankle instability (CAI) and 127 without CAI. Their mean age was 12.

Objective: To investigate the concurrent validity ofthe Pediatric Clinical Test ofSensory Interactionfor Balance (P-CTSIB), to quantify anterior-posterior sway and movement strategies using a motion analysis system as the gold standard.

Material And Method: Protocol ofthe six conditions of P-CTSIB was used. For each condition, data were simultaneously collected from the standard measure and a motion analysis system and analyzed using Intraclass Correlation Coefficients and validity indexes.
