Acetaminophen is known to be generally safe, and the occurrence of anaphylaxis due to acetaminophen has been rarely reported. We report a case of acetaminophen-induced anaphylaxis in a healthy male subject who participated in a clinical trial on the pharmacokinetics of ibandronate.
