The diagnostic accuracy, however, is significantly influenced by the expertise of radiologists, the quality of equipment, and image acquisition techniques. Methods: This study included 78 patients with hematologic malignancies who developed 107 episodes of febrile neutropenia from January 2012 to October 2017 and had a chest film performed within the first seven days. Demographic and radiographic data were retrospectively reviewed.
Trochlear pain is frequently overlooked as published data regarding the clinical characteristic and current treatment are limited. The aim of this study is to evaluate this information from our experiences with trochlear pain. Medical records of 43 patients with trochlear pain from HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center between November 2010 and April 2017 were reviewed.
