Aim: To study clinical and epidemiological parameters of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and to follow them up for understanding the outcomes of the procedure.
Material And Methods: This is a retrospective data analysis of 862 patients who underwent PCI from January 2016 to November 2017.
Results: Out of 862 patients, 611 (70.
Pulmonary thromboembolism is common and missed by clinicians. We report a case of massive pulmonary embolism which was life threatening treated by the catheter assisted technique. Anticoagulation is the mainstay of therapy for most patients, with thrombolytic therapy reserved for some patients.

Along with the mitral valve, corneas were also calcified, due to congenital systemic metabolic disorder, distal renal tubular acidosis. Histopathology proved that there was no intrinsic pathology of the mitral valve.

The aim of this study was to explore the serial changes in LV mechanics in patients with severe MS undergoing balloon mitral valvuloplasty (BMV) to understand the reversibility and determinants of abnormal LV contractile function.
Methods: Fifty-seven patients with severe MS and 19 healthy controls underwent echocardiographic examinations, including two-dimensional speckle-tracking-based LV global longitudinal strain (GLS) and global circumferential strain measurements.
