Background: Various treatment methods are available for the treatment of pancreatic arteriovenous malformation (P-AVM); however, there are no established treatment options for asymptomatic P-AVM.
Case Summary: A 47-year-old and a 50-year-old male patients sought treatment for P-AVM in the pancreas, which was incidentally detected during routine abdominal computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging conducted as part of a health check-up. They underwent transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE), and over the course of a 9-year follow-up period, the AVM did not worsen and was asymptomatic.
Pancreatic metastasis from papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is extremely rare; only 18 cases have been reported in the literature. However, several reviews have highlighted similar characteristics between metastatic and primary pancreatic tumors. The patient was a 51-year-old male with a history of total thyroidectomy, modified radical neck dissection, and radioactive iodine ablation for PTC in 2014.

However, it is worth noting that weather, schedule and visibility constraints can frequently limit the operations of such sensors, which may not result in sufficient tracking data for accurate OP. In this study, several 1-day OP results for low Earth orbit (LEO) space debris targets were demonstrated under a limited observation environment to verify the OP accuracy through the combination of angle and laser ranging data from two sites.
