Background: The posterior tibial slope (PTS) is an important feature in knee joint biomechanics and indicates anterior-posterior knee stability. Increased PTS is a known risk factor for both primary anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture and postreconstruction rerupture.

Purpose: To investigate the effect of long-term exposure to ACL deficiency on the PTS and the sagittal anatomy of the proximal tibia.

Achilles Tendon Stiffness in the Etiology of Sever Disease: A Shear Wave Elastography Study.

Background: Sever disease is one of the most common causes of heel pain in growing children and adolescents. There is no consensus about etiology of Sever disease.

Methods: The study comprised 41 participants aged 8 to 13 years who visited the orthopedic outpatient clinic: 17 patients with Sever disease and 24 asymptomatic children.

The Relationship between PI-RADS Categories and Incidental Findings in Multiparametric Prostate MRI.

Objective: To find the frequency and significance of extraprostatic incidental findings (ep-IFs) during multiparametric-magnetic prostate resonance imaging (mp-MRI), and compare them with prostate imaging reporting and data system (PI-RADS) outcomes.

Assessment of the optic nerve, optic disc, and perineural area using shear-wave elastography in patients with multiple sclerosis.

Purpose: To observe and describe the stiffness changes of the optic nerve in the patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with or without optic neuritis and healthy adults via shear wave elastography (SWE).

Methods: 70 optic nerves from 35 patients with MS and 60 optic nerves from 30 healthy subjects were included prospectively in the study. The optic nerve (ON), optic disc (OD), and perineural area were evaluated with SWE and optic nerve sheat diameter (ONSD) was measured by ultrasound.

Contribution of pre-varicocelectomy color Doppler ultrasonography finding to surgery and its correlation with semen parameters.

Background: This study aimed to determine the contribution of color Doppler ultrasonography (CDUS) performed before varicocelectomy to the success of surgical treatment and to evaluate the correlation between CDUS findings and semen parameters.

Methods: A total of 84 patients diagnosed with grade 3 left varicocele in our clinic between 2016 and 2018 were evaluated. The patients in whom the decision for varicocelectomy was based on only physical examination (PE) findings and abnormal semen analysis (SA) were defined as Group 1, while the patients undergoing varicocelectomy based on PE, CDUS and SA findings were defined as Group 2.

Apparent Diffusion Coefficient in Predicting the Preoperative Grade of Meningiomas.

MRI and MRS findings in fucosidosis; a rare lysosomal storage disease.

Fucosidosis is a rare lysosomal storage disorder caused by deficient activity of the enzyme l-fucosidase in all tissues. We presented magnetic resonance imaging [MRI] and MR spectroscopy [MRS] findings of a 4-year-old boy with genetically proven fucosidosis. He had a history and clinical findings of recurrent sinopulmonary infections, hypertonicity on lower extremities, gingival hypertrophy, bilateral ptosis, angiokeratoma corporis diffusum, and dysostosis multiplex.
