In 2019, the newly revised Drug Administration Law of the People's Republic of China was issued and implemented,clearly proposing that China should establish a pharmacovigilance system. As a new traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dosage form created in China, TCM injections have been widely used in clinic, and its pharmacovigilance has attracted much attention. In response to this situation, the project team convened a group of clinical, pharmaceutical and evidence-based medicine experts from all over the country to form an expert group, which formulated the Pharmacovigilance guidelines for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in strict accordance with the requirements of the group standards of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine.

Pesticide residues on plant surfaces pose a severe threat to food security, yet most research has focused on monitoring the liquid matrix, with few reports conducting in-situ analysis of the residues. This study was the first to attempt to utilize portable attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) for in-situ characterization of broad-spectrum fungicide boscalid residues on plant surfaces. ATR-FTIR scanning of tomato fruits with pre-determined concentrations of boscalid residues was conducted without any pre-treatment, and the obtained spectra were then processed using chemometrics methods.

Our study introduces a novel perspective by examining the impact of physical damage on the microbial composition of masks in the water environment. We focus on the variations in biofilm formation on each layer of both damaged and undamaged masks, which allows us to understand more about the biofilm on each layer and the significant changes that occur when masks are physically damaged.

The mutual optical intensity (MOI) model is a partially coherent radiation propagation tool that can sequentially simulate beamline optics and provide beam intensity, local degree of coherence and phase distribution at any location along a beamline. This paper extends the MOI model to non-ideal two-dimensional (2D) optical systems, such as ellipsoidal and toroidal mirrors with 2D figure errors. Simulation results show that one can tune the trade-off between calculation efficiency and accuracy by varying the number of wavefront elements.
