Background: Fibroblast activation protein (FAP)-targeted radioligand therapy, with immunomodulatory effects, has shown efficacy in both preclinical and clinical studies. We recently reported on a novel dimeric FAP-targeting radiopharmaceutical, Ga/Lu-DOTA-2P(FAPI), which demonstrated increased tumor uptake and prolonged retention in various cancers. However, further exploration is required to understand the therapeutic efficacy and underlying mechanisms of combining Ga/Lu-DOTA-2P(FAPI) radioligand therapy with PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy.

Therefore, it is important to calculate the bottom thickness of the gas film accurately in the design stage. A calculation method for the thickness of a conveyor air cushion was derived based on the mathematical model of the air cushion flow field for a multi row uniformly distributed air cushion structure.

Purpose: Workplace violence (WPV) against healthcare workers is a significant public health issue in China and globally. Although the effort-reward imbalance theory claimed that work rewards may moderate the relationship between work effort and WPV, the quantitative evidence is limited. This study aimed to examine if work reward could moderate the associations between work effort and WPV against medical staff based on the effort-reward imbalance theory.

Between June 2020 and June 2024, we prospectively enrolled patients with space-occupying lesions in the brain or previously treated gliomas. All patients underwent sequential CE-MRI, Ga-FAPI-46, and F-FDG PET/CT.

Nevertheless, crafting a hydrophilic membrane capable of effectively segregating herbal volatile oil remains a formidable challenge. Our study introduces a facile in situ assembly strategy for fabricating a double-crosslinked composite coating comprising phytate (PA)-polyethyleneimine (PEI) polyelectrolyte complexes and PA-Fe⁺ assemblies.

Profenofos, as a typical chiral organophosphorus pesticide, can cause various environmental problems and even endanger human health when used in excess. The toxicity of chiral profenofos was investigated through multispectral analysis, molecular docking, and density functional theory (DFT), employing human serum albumin (HSA) as the model protein. Fluorescence titration and lifetime measurements demonstrated that the interaction between chiral profenofos and HSA involves static quenching.

Landscape patterns and water age are considered to play similar roles in influencing water quality, as human-caused landscape fragmentation usually leads to complex hydrological pathways and older water ages. The young streamflow fraction (F), which can significantly alter water age, is believed to disproportionately impact water quality. Landscape and F thus may play different roles in streamwater quality, but this assumption has not been examined.

Given the important role of soil microorganisms in the carbon cycling of soils, it is important to understand how biochar alters the stability of soil organic carbon (SOC) pools in Dahurian larch (Larix gmelinii) forests through microbial pathways unburned and high-severity burned soils to guide comprehensive soil management and restore ecological functions in postfire soils. This study employed the r/K ecological strategy theory to quantify the ecological strategy propensities of soil microbial communities.

Methods: The RDBS, the Safe Driving Climate among Friends Scale (SDCaF), the Family Climate for Road Safety Scale (FCRSS) and a social desirability scale were administrated to 560 young drivers. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA, = 250) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA, = 250) were conducted to examine the factorial structure of the RDBS.
Aim: Negative life events have been reported as a risk factor for depression. However, the mechanism between negative life events and depression is still unclear. This study aimed to explore the mediating role of sleep quality and the moderating role of economic income in the association between negative life events and depression among older adults aged 60 years and over.

As common pollutants, Cu and glyphosate pose a serious threat to human health and the ecosystem. Herein, a fluorescent probe (E)-7-(diethylamino)-N'(4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxybenzyl)-2-oxo-2H chromophore-3-carbazide (DDHC) was designed and synthesised for the sequential recognition of Cu and glyphosate. DDHC has the advantages of a short synthesis path, easy-to-obtain raw materials, good anti-interference ability, and strong stability.
