This study employed egg yolk granules (EYG) in combination with chitosan (CS) to evaluate the feasibility of constructing low-fat Pickering emulsion gels and investigated the properties of emulsion gels with different oil volume fractions (0-50 %) to address the stability issue. The results showed that the self-supporting structure of the emulsion gels gradually increased at 0-40 % oil phase, and the oil droplet sizes were all smaller than 10 μm. However, when the oil phase reached 50 %, the emulsion showed water-oil phase separation.

Anti-CDK4/6 therapy has been employed for the treatment for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) with CDK4/6 hyperactivation, but the response rate is relatively low. In this study, we first showed that CDK4 and CDK6 was over-expressed and conferred poor prognosis in HNSCC. The gut-liver axis is central to energy metabolism, and the mechanisms by which it regulates host energy metabolism at cold temperatures have rarely been illustrated. The time-delay integration (TDI) technique is increasingly used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of remote sensing and imaging by exposing the scene multiple times. Inspired by the principle of TDI, we propose a TDI-like pushbroom multi-slit hyperspectral imaging (MSHSI) approach.
