To implement a STI risk behavior reduction program to reduce sexual risk behaviors in university-aged students. Fifty-nine freshman from the university participated in the STI Risk Behavior Reduction program. Pre- and post-test design using descriptive statistics evaluated the STI Risk Behavior Reduction Program.

Leadership identity development in curricular settings.

This article highlights specific approaches to developing leadership identity in college students within an academic curricular context. The authors examine curricular contexts such as majors, minors, and certificates with an emphasis on leader and leadership development, as well as specific course activities used to engage students in developing their leadership identity.

Using games in the college curricular setting to engage leadership learners.

Active learning experiences, such as games, have been found to increase the holistic learning experience for students in college curricular settings. However, barriers exist to using games as a leadership pedagogy in the curriculum. This article reviews the benefits and challenges of using games in college leadership curricular settings and provides an overview of select leadership games including instructions, leadership competencies addressed, and processing questions for each game.
