Treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in patients from a teaching hospital in Brazil: is it possible?

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of a cost-effective intra-oral appliance for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome built into a large teaching hospital.
