Rupture of unilateral twin tubal pregnancy.

A 32-year-old Thai woman presented with acute severe lower abdominal pain and 8 weeks of amenorrhea. The patient was hypotension, had anemia and signs of lower abdominal peritonitis. Initial diagnosis was tubal pregnancy with rupture.

A 30-year-old pregnant woman had skin lesions at 38 weeks of gestation. She was diagnosed as primary varicella zoster infection. Her clinical symptoms were high fever and generalized vesicles eruption.
