We present a case of a 73-year-old African American lady with COVID-19 infection who developed acute Kidney Injury (AKI) and significant proteinuria. Renal biopsy showed IgA nephropathy. Patient was eventually diagnosed with IgA nephropathy secondary to COVID Infection.
