A case of postgunshot deep femoral artery pseudo-aneurysm managed with coil embolization: A case report and literature review.

In this case, the patient sustained a gunshot injury to the thigh and underwent surgery to treat a comminuted fracture. Six weeks after discharge, the patient presented with upper-thigh pain. Doppler ultrasound showed a deep femoral artery pseudoaneurysm, confirmed with computerized tomography (CT).

Double superior vena cava incidentally found during permanent catheter placement: A case report and literature review.

A devastating admission to a tertiary hospital intensive care unit led to the discovery of a case of congenital duplicated superior vena cava (DSVC). Following the insertion of a temporary left internal jugular vein catheter, a subsequent chest X-ray indicated that the left catheter was not reaching the right heart. This resulted in a chest computed tomography scan with contrast, which confirmed the diagnosis of DSVC.

Background: Due to the long waiting time for kidney transplantation, most End-Stage renal disease patients are commenced on either hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
