Compared with previous decades, healthcare has emerged as a key global concern in light of the recurrent outbreak of pandemics. The initial stage in the provision of healthcare involves the process of diagnosis. Countries worldwide advocate for healthcare research due to its efficacy and capacity to assist diverse populations.

This study introduces an innovative electrochemical strip sensor design to detect and continuously monitor methotrexate (MTX), a key chemotherapeutic drug. The sensor is crafted through an eco-friendly synthesis process that produces porous reduced graphene oxide (PrGO), which is then integrated with gold nanocomposites and polypyrrole (PPy) to boost the performance of a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE).

One such opportunity in cellular immunotherapy is adoptive cell transfers. With the recent approval of CAR-T therapy as a cancer treatment, a whole new paradigm of cancer treatment has opened-up, with a ray of hope for relapsed/refractory cancer patients.

This study reports the planning process of UHF RT utilizing the cone beam computed tomography (CBCT)-based online adaptive radiotherapy (OART) treatment with the Ethos system, focusing on a comparative analysis between OART and image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT) plans. We also assessed the pre-planning capabilities of the Ethos system against the CyberKnife (CK) (Accuray, Sunnyvale, CA) system.

Because a scarcity of data on this condition contributes to management challenges and poor outcomes, we aimed to describe the clinical spectrum, cancer biology, and impact of genetics on patient survival in CMMRD.
Methods: In this cohort study, we collected cross-sectional and longitudinal data on all patients with CMMRD, with no age limits, registered with the International Replication Repair Deficiency Consortium (IRRDC) across more than 50 countries.

The Accurate dosage prediction in Radiation Therapy is challenging, prompting a need for precision beyond conventional clinical Treatment Planning Systems (TPS). Monte Carlo-based methods are sought for their superior accuracy. The aim of this study is to compare dose distributions between the ACUROS algorithm and the GATE platform in various tissue densities and field sizes, focusing on smaller fields.
