Background: The three-dimensional balanced-steady-state-free-precession (3D bSSFP) whole-heart (WH) technique has long been used to depict cardiac morphology in congenital heart disease (CHD) but is prone to banding artifacts. The Relaxation Enhanced Angiography without Contrast and Triggering (REACT) sequence is an alternative method that is resistant to off-resonance effects.
Objective: To evaluate cardiac structures and great vessels in CHD patients using 3D WH REACT sequence and compare it to 3D WH bSSFP sequence.
Recent studies have been analyzing and measuring the efficacy of the use of financial incentives to increase the Covid-19 vaccine uptake. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the only study available in the literature that aims to measure the effect of financial incentives on vaccine rates among children. This paper explores the effects of a specific financial incentive on parents' vaccination decisions for their children.

Methods: Fifty-one patients with known CLD but without pulmonary hypertension or other cardiovascular conditions were consecutively enrolled, along with 25 age- and sex-matched participants. Patients with CLD were classified according to the Model of End-Stage Liver Disease score and Child-Pugh classification.
Objectives: Detection of extent and severity of atherosclerosis using easy, non-invasive methods is of great importance. Atherosclerotic burden may be evaluated with the Gensini scoring system (GSS). Carotis intima media thickness (CIMT), plasma asymmetric dimethyl arginine (ADMA) level, and endothelial dysfunction are well known surrogate markers of atherosclerosis.
