Isolated spontaneous dissection of the abdominal aorta is such a rare entity and there are only a few cases reported in literature up to date. A 42-year old male was admitted to the hospital with mild pain in the lower abdomen and back that had began seven days prior to admission together with the sudden onset of the ischemic symptoms of the left leg (ischemic ulcers of the calf gangrenous toe and pallor foot). Patient denied any trauma, hypertension history was negative, while he was active cigarette smoker.

We present an unusual case of chronic ischaemic leg ulcer in young adult caused by post-traumatic AVF. Case report A 29-year-old male patient was admitted to our hospital with symptoms of chronic ulcer located on the lateral side of the lower left leg.

Internal carotid artery (ICA) aneurysms are rare. The symptoms are related to cerebral embolization, local compression and rupture. Options for treatment include open surgery or endovascular treatment with a covered stent.

They are of borderline malignancy, and, unlike other pancreatic malignancies, the prognosis after resection is quite good. However, metastatic disease does occur; the liver is the most common site of tumor dissemination.

MIAS technique consisted of minilaparotomy approach using incision length of 7-12 cm, intraabdominal small bowel retraction and standard aortic reconstruction with terminoterminal anastomosis or aortobifemoral bypass. Between December 2004 and January 2007 we perfomed 32 repairs for AAA and AIOD using MIAS technique.

Conversion of a pancreatic pseudocyst into a pseudoaneurysm is a potentially lethal complication because, when rupture occurs, there is a high mortality rate.
Case Report: We describe a case of pancreatic pseudoaneurysm converted from a pseudocyst.
Background: Chronic anal fissure is a lineal ulcer of the lower part of the anal canal. It is a painful condition characterized by postdefecational pain and bleeding. It is associated with internal anal sphincter spasm.

A 53-year-old patient presented with clinical signs of acute abdomen. He underwent an urgent laparotomy, which revealed a splenic infarction and thrombosis of the celiac artery all the way to the porta hepatis.

Our aim was to determine the relations of the villi arachnoidales to the skull bone and/or sinuses from the neonatal period to adults. The investigations were performed on collection of 50 disarticulated macerated skull bones from the new-born to 30 years of age and on 20 skulls from individuals in the life period from 30 to 80 years of age.

The maxillary process is, however with rare exceptions, always present as an important part of the closure of the hiatus sinus maxillaris. In our material consisting of 200 disarticulated, macerated skull bones and 25 specimens of maxillary sinus, the maxillary process was missing in only 5 cases (2.
