Aim: Detailed characteristic of results of intranasal immunization of mice with one of two variants of vaccinating influenza virus, particularly in combination with a low molecular weight germanium-organic compound (LMW-GOC). An additional aim is evaluation of effect of LMW-GOC on the parameters of immune system in case of intranasal administration of the preparation without the addition of vaccinating virus.
Materials And Methods: The study was carried out in female CBA mice (18-20 g, 6 animals per group).

Aim: Confirmation of immunostimulating effect of an original low molecular weight germanium organic compound (LMW-GOC) during immunization of mice with Vaxigrip vaccine.
Materials And Methods: The experiments were carried out in CBA mice divided into 4 groups: control, those that received Vaxigrip influenza vaccine intraperitoneally, those that received LMW-GOC intraperitoneally and those that received both preparations at once. Effect of the preparations administered was evaluated by flow cytofluorometry based on changes of CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD19, CD25, Foxp3, NK1.

Aim: To assess increase of protective efficacy of live cold-adapted (ca) influenza vaccine after addition of adjuvant chitozan.
Materials And Methods: Used viruses: ca donor of attenuation A/Krasnodar/101/35/59 (H2N2) and epidemic strain A/Krasnodar/101/59 (H2N2); as an adjuvant--derivative of chitozan and microparticles of chitozan. Experiments were performed in outbred mice.
Effects of a new preparation, adaptokhit, on the intestinal microbiocenosis and some parameters of immune resistance were studied in Macaque rhesus during 13-day hypokinesia. Experimental animals were given adaptokhit as an alimentary supplement preventing dysbiotic consequences of the microecologic unbalance due to motor restraint. Results of the investigation showed certain distinctions in the intestinal microflora in the experimental and control animals as early as on day three of the experiment.

In this system the oxidation of formate proceeds in the diffusion regime. Under experimental conditions the value of current density at a potential higher than +0,2 V and at the rotating rate of 600 rpm is 12 mA/cm2.
