Background: Pain management for bilateral total knee arthroplasty (BTKA) often combines adductor canal block (ACB) with periarticular infiltration (PAI). However, concerns arise regarding local anesthetic toxicity. This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of different bupivacaine concentrations in simultaneous BTKA.

This study aimed to determine the accuracy of ultrasound assessment of gastric content compared between two novice anesthesiologist gastric sonographers.
Methods: This prospective cohort study of two anesthesiologists learning to perform qualitative and quantitative ultrasound assessment of gastric content on healthy volunteers was conducted at Siriraj Hospital (Bangkok, Thailand).
Background: Postcesarean delivery pain leads to several adverse maternal outcomes. The primary objective of this study was to determine the incidence of moderate-to-severe pain after the use of spinal morphine for cesarean delivery. The secondary aim was to identify factors influencing moderate-to-severe pain.

Intrathecal (IT) morphine is the current standard but ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block (QLB) may offer superior pain control with fewer side effects. This study compared the pain-free period after cesarean delivery among parturients who received spinal block with IT morphine, with IT morphine and bilateral QLB, or only bilateral QLB.

This operation can be successfully done under general, regional or local anesthesia with sedation. Incidence of complications from anesthesia in fetoscopic surgery has not been reported in Thailand.

Objective: To identify the incidence of moderate to severe postoperative pain and its risk factors. To describe the techniques used and adverse effects in patients under APS care.
Objective: To determine the prevalence of pre-operative abnormal chest x-rays (CX Rs) in patients undergoing elective surgery, and to describe the management of the patients with abnormal CXRs. In addition, we question whether the healthy patients aged more than 45 years really needs pre-operative chest radiographs.
Material And Method: Patients undergoing elective surgery between June 2013 and May 2014 were recruited, and medical records were retrospectively reviewed.

Background: Pain on propofol injection is an untoward effect and this condition can reduce patient satisfaction. Intravenous lidocaine injection has been commonly used to attenuate pain on propofol injection. Although many studies have reported that lidocaine was effective in reducing the incidence and severity of pain, nevertheless, no systematic review focusing on lidocaine for preventing high-intensity pain has been published.

Objective: To describe the incidence of POST and to determine risk factors associated with the occurrence of POST MATERIAL AND METHOD: Three hundred eighty seven patients were prospectively studied.
