Background: Computer-assisted navigation surgery (CAS) during primary total knee arthroplasty (TKA) may help improve outcomes for patients with extra-articular deformity (EAD); however, this has not been extensively studied. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the clinical and radiological outcomes following primary TKA using CAS in patients with EAD.
Methods: We searched Medline, Embase, and the Cochrane Library up to March 3, 2023 for studies investigating surgical outcomes of using the navigation system for TKA to treat patients with EAD.

Purpose: The objectives of this study were to identify the relationship between fracture characteristics and medial collateral ligament (MCL) injuries in terrible triad injuries of the elbow.
Methods: Between 2010 and 2018, 60 patients who underwent surgery for terrible triad elbow injuries were retrospectively reviewed. Using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) assessments, patients were stratified into those who had intact or low-grade partial MCL tears (low-grade MRI-MCL group) and those who had high-grade partial or full-thickness MCL tears (high-grade MRI-MCL group).
Background: We hypothesized that volar locking pate fixation using a minimum number of screws-four in the distal row and two in the shaft of the plate-will provide sufficient stability for unstable extra-articular fractures of the distal radius. We aimed to compare the biomechanical properties of different numbers and locations of screws in volar locking plate fixation and describe the clinical and radiological outcome of plate fixation using a minimum number of screws for distal radius fractures.

Background: We investigated sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography arthrography (CTA), on the basis of arthroscopic findings, to diagnose acetabular labral tears and chondral lesions.
