Purpose: To identify incidence and risk factors of recurrence after discontinuation of successful antimuscarinic therapy in patients with overactive bladder (OAB).
Materials And Methods: This was a prospective, multicenter trial. Patients who had antimuscarinic agents for more than 12 weeks and showed successful response were enrolled.
Purpose: The diagnosis of clinically early-stage (T1) renal cell carcinoma (RCC) has increased. The present study evaluated the association of B7-H4 expression on the pathological outcome and recurrence of carcinoma in the T1 stage of RCC.
Materials And Methods: Among patients who underwent partial or radical nephrectomy after diagnosis of T1 stage RCC during the period of January 2000 to March 2007, 102 pathologically confirmed cases of clear cell carcinoma were included in this study.
Objectives: To evaluate the pattern of the recovery of the overall and isolated renal function in patients with a normal contralateral kidney undergoing nephron-sparing surgery (NSS).
Methods: Between 2003 and 2006, 62 patients underwent open NSS at our institution. Among them, 35 having unilateral renal tumors smaller than 7 cm and a normally functioning contralateral kidney were included in the analysis.
