Background and objective Bloodstream infections (BSIs) due to multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria (MDR-GNB) pose a significant global health threat amid rising antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of ceftazidime-avibactam (CZA) as a therapeutic option for these infections, addressing the urgent need for novel treatments.
