In this paper, 75 concrete prisms were tested under different temperatures (20, 200, 400, 600 and 800 °C) and molybdenum tailings replacement ratio (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 %). The axial compression failure modes and mechanical properties of molybdenum tailings concrete were studied. The results show that the increase in temperature will aggravate the failure of concrete under axial compression, instead of molybdenum tailing replacement ratio.

However, the prognostic values of necroptosis-related genes (NRGs) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain largely unknown. This study aimed to build a signature on the basis of NRGs to evaluate the prognosis of HCC patients.

However, whether RRM2 is a potential biomarker for diagnosing and monitoring liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients is still unclear. In this study, CHB patients from GSE84044 (a transcriptome data from GEO data set) were downloaded and RRM2 was selected as a hub gene.

In this study, a total of 331 CHB patients from three cohorts who underwent liver biopsy were enrolled, and the Scheuer system was used for liver fibrosis classification. The combined score was derived by principal component analysis of key differentially expressed genes.

First, the generalized strain energy density () obtained from the measured strain data is used to represent the stressing state pattern of the structure; then, the stressing state of the concrete section is analyzed by plotting the strain and stress fields of the bridge model. The stressing state pattern and strain fields of the CPCBG are shown to reveal its mechanical properties.

It's essential to understand the mechanisms of lncRNA m6A modification in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and identify relative prognostic predictors to guide therapy and explore potential therapeutic targets. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to identify m6A-related lncRNAs in 374 patients with HCC.

As key mediators of the immune response, the prognostic value of antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in HCC still remains unclear. In this study, we aimed to identify APC-related genomic subtypes and develop a novel prognostic model in HCC.

Firstly, the parametric generalized strain energy density was introduced to characterize the structural stressing state of trussed steel stud concrete box girders, and the strain energy density sum was plotted. Then the Mann-Kendall criterion was used to discriminate the leap point of the curve change and to redefine the structural failure load.

First, the generalized strain energy density is formed by the measured strain data of the test beam to reflect the structural stress state of the beams, and then the Mann-Kendall criterion is used to judge characteristic points of the generalized strain energy density curve. Two characteristic points, namely, post-elastic boundary load and failure load, are detected, so that the whole loading process is divided into three structural stressing state stages.

Most of these connections are semi-rigid or in other words flexible. The paper aims to study the behavior of such connections under the effect of column top-side cyclic loading using the finite element (FE) method.

However, the anti-inflammatory effects of AT-Lipoxin A4 on SAP-associated lung injury are not thoroughly known. We used western blot, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and immunofluorescence to investigate the downregulation of TNF- signals in cellular and animal models of SAP-associated lung injury following AT-Lipoxin A4 intervention.

However, the underlying mechanisms of how steroid alkaloids inhibit the tumor growth are largely unknown. Here, we reported that solanine, a substance of steroid alkaloids, has a positive effect on the inhibition of pancreatic cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo.

Lipoxins (LXs) and their analogues are known to display potent anti-inflammatory actions. Previously, we reported that lipoxin A4 (LXA4) possessed powerful anti-inflammatory properties in acute pancreatitis in rats and that it may ameliorate the concomitant acute lung injury by reducing cytokine generation and inhibiting neutrophil activation. Considering that the vascular endothelium plays an important role during adherence, migration and activation of leukocytes, the present study was designed to investigate the effects of LXA4 on the inflammatory response induced by tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) in human pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HPMECs) and explore the potential mechanisms involved in these processes.
