Introduction: Vascularized lymph node transfer is an established treatment for secondary lymphedema. Different donor sites of lymph node flap have been described. In our institute, vascularized groin lymph node (VGLN) flap is the workhorse flap for treating breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL).
