Blepharokeratoconjunctivitis in Cockayne syndrome.

Cockayne syndrome is a multisystemic, autosomal recessive disease resulting from abnormalities of DNA repair. Ocular manifestations are common, particularly congenital cataract and retinal dystrophy. This study describes a previously unreported association of blepharokeratoconjunctivitis (BKC) in Cockayne syndrome.
