This manuscript explores the interaction between methylene blue dye and gelatin within a membrane using spectroscopy and image analysis. Emphasis is placed on methylene blue's unique properties, specifically its ability to oscillate between two distinct resonance states, each with unique light absorption characteristics. Image analysis serves as a tool for examining dye diffusion and absorption.

The detection of low prothrombin index in a series of analysis requiredfurther hematological examination that revealed the history of postoperative and postnatal hemorrhage along with markedly reduced factor VII level. These results were interpreted as evidence of a rare congenital pathology, hypoproconvertinemia.

Effect of acute lethal blood loss on character and frequency of cardiac arrhythmias in postresuscitation period has been studied. Experiments were carried out on mongrel male rats resuscitated after 4- and 6-min clinical death caused by acute blood loss. Electric cardiac instability was found in early postresuscitation period.

Blood test and bone marrow examination in experiments with albino rats weighing 100-110 g subjected to long-term lead influence (1% lead acetate per os) showed availability of reticulocytosis with thrombocytopenia (on the 62d day) and thrombocytosis on the 92d day of the experiment) in peripheral blood. Reduction of the bone marrow neutrophil index and leuko-erythroblastic ration due to an increase of an erythroblastic radicle was recorded in the bone marrow.

Certain changes in the cells are revealed at early stages of their development: an increase in size of the Golgi complex bodies in the proerythroblasts, hyperosmotic mitochondria with vacuolization and breaking of cell membrane in the basophilic erythroblasts. The latter shows the reduction of oxidative phosphorylation.

In the experiment with animals treated with a high dose of phenol there was an evidence of thrombocytopenia accompanied by reticulocytosis and a nuclear shift of neutrophils to the right.
