Thioamides are found in a few natural products and two known protein assemblies: the Escherichia coli ribosome and methyl-coenzyme M reductase (MCR) from methane-metabolizing archaea. Compared to an amide, thioamides alter the physical and chemical properties of peptide backbones, including the conformation dynamics, proteolytic stability, hydrogen-bonding capabilities, and possibly reactivity of a protein when installed. Recently, there has been significant progress in elucidating enzymatic post-translational thioamide installation, with most work leveraging the archaeal MCR-modifying enzymes.

The millennial age group (18 to 30 years) spend at least 6 hours sitting, either in college or at their workspace. High screen time as a routine, is the major cause for numerous spinal problems. Despite the wide research carried out on postural abnormalities, there exists numerous unrequited queries with regards to lumbar lordosis estimations, due to indeterminate parameters such as age, gender, lifestyle and diet.

Introduction: Dietary boron improves immune and antioxidant status and calcium metabolism in mammals. However, till date the effects of dietary boron supplementation on male reproduction, especially on sperm production and sperm quality in farm animals are not documented.
Objective: The present study was aimed to investigate the influence of dietary boron on semen production, semen quality, immunity and molecular changes in the testis, blood and seminal plasma and to assess the interrelationship with other minerals in male goats.
Purpose: To evaluate the clinical feasibility and effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) therapy of quadriceps femoris (QF) and tibialis anterior (TA) muscles on improving gait and functional outcomes in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP).
Method: Ten children with spastic diplegic/hemiplegic CP who were in the age group of 7 to 14 years recruited from a rehabilitation institute were randomly assigned either to a control group or a NMES group. Both groups obtained conventional physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises.
Creating a feature-preserving average of three dimensional anatomical surfaces extracted from volume image data is a complex task. Unlike individual images, averages present right-left symmetry and smooth surfaces which give insight into typical proportions. Averaging multiple biological surface images requires careful superimposition and sampling of homologous regions.

These included four dideoxynucleosides (azidothymidine, dideoxycytidine, dideoxyadenosine, and dideoxyinosine), an anthracycline antibiotic (doxorubicin), and a chelating agent (D-penicillamine). Cytological analysis of the mouse bone marrow cells revealed: (i) The dideoxynucleosides and D-penicillamine failed to induce significant number of micronuclei, and except for one of the five doses of dideoxyinosine, none of the dideoxynucleosides were cytotoxic at the doses tested.

The in vivo mouse bone marrow micronucleus assay was used to examine their clastogenic and cytotoxic potential in human clinical dose range. Our results indicate that both drugs failed to induce significant number of micronuclei and were not cytotoxic at any of the doses tested, in vivo in mouse bone marrow cells, at doses as high as 16-times the clinical dose used in humans.

The results revealed that these general nurses had less than satisfactory mental health knowledge and skills. The findings highlighted the need for systematic in-service training for nursing staff in mental health problems.

The trainees showed a significant change in attitudes in the desirable direction towards different mental health problems. Baseline attitude of health workers was not related to age, sex, level of education or duration of their professional service.
