Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumour (IMT) is a rare pathology of unknown etiology. It is pathologically benign, but clinically locally invasive. We are herewith reporting a unique case of rapidly growing sinonasal IMT with orbital and intracranial extensions in a middle aged female patient masquerading as a malignancy.
