Objectives: To explore the knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and self-efficacy of geriatric nurses regarding Advance Care Planning (ACP) for older adults.
Methods: Cross-sectional study of 281 geriatric nurses in a Northern Taiwan teaching hospital using ACP knowledge, attitudes, actions, and self-efficacy scales.
Results: Nurses showed slightly insufficient ACP knowledge and self-efficacy, positive attitudes, and neutral behaviors.
Background: The efficacy and necessity of prophylactic antibiotics in clean and clean-contaminated surgery remains controversial.
Methods: The studies were screened and extracted using databases including PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Clinical Trials.gov according to predefined eligibility criteria.
