Dapagliflozin is a sodium-glucose cotransporter inhibitor that functions to lower blood sugar by promoting glucose excretion. We conducted a meta-analysis to assess the therapeutic efficacy of dapagliflozin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease. The objective of this analysis is to provide additional clarity on dapagliflozin's effectiveness in this specific patient population.

However, the current evidence is not yet sufficient due to limitations in the sample size, and further validation is needed. To analyze and assess the clinical impact of nifedipine combined with enalapril on hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, and provide evidence for rational drug use in clinic.

However, current research all discussed the pollution of PPDs and PPDQs based on the collected PM samples at least in one day (23.5 h).

The influence of meteorological factors on PM concentrations was examined using a random forest model. The original series of PM, sulfate (SO), nitrate (NO), ammonium salt (NH), organic matter (OM), and black carbon (BC) were rebuilt using KZ (Kolmogorov-Zurbenko) filtering and multiple linear regression (MLR) to quantify the effects of meteorological conditions.

Clarifying the regional transmission and local generation contributions of ozone (O) is important for controlling O pollution. To quantify the regional background and spatial-temporal variations of O, a comprehensive study was conducted using multiple methods including principal component analysis (PCA) and TCEQ, with Henan Province as a case study. Based on monitoring data from 59 national sites in Henan Province during 2019-2021, four methods were employed to estimate the regional background of O.

Kolmogorov-Zurbenko (KZ) filtering was employed to separate the original O-8h series into components at different time scales. Then, multiple linear regression of meteorological variables was used to quantitatively isolate the effects of meteorology and emissions.

Here, a reliable electrochemical sensor based on a N-C mediated γ-MoN nanocomposite (γ-MoN@N-C) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) was developed and applied for selective and sensitive determination of 6-PPD. Benefiting from the superior stability and faster electron diffusion coefficient, the peak current responded to 6-PPD on the sensor linearly over a concentration range from 5 × 10 mol L to 1.

Long term exposure to PM might harm residential health and can increase premature death from specific diseases. The annual average concentration of PM in Zhengzhou was much higher than the national secondary standard, which has an extremely negative impact on the health of residents.

The monthly average MDA8 O exceeds ∼70 ppb in more than half of the areas and shows a clear spatial gradient, with lower O concentrations in the southwest and higher in the northeast. Significant contributions of anthropogenic emissions to monthly average MDA8 O concentrations of more than 20 ppb are predicted in the provincial capital Zhengzhou, mostly due to emissions from the transportation sector (∼50%) and in the areas in the north and northeast regions where industrial and power generation-related emissions are high.

The emission sources in 18 cities in Henan province were labeled and applied to the WRF-CMAQ traceability model for simulation in January, April, July, and October of 2017. The pollutant distribution results showed that due to the combined influence of emissions and meteorology, the concentrations of PM, NO, and SO in Henan province were the highest in winter and the lowest in summer.

The positive matrix factorization (PMF) model was also applied to identify the sources of PM, and the effect of air quality control was evaluated to provide support for air quality control in autumn and winter in the next stage. The PM concentrations in the four seasons in Zhengzhou were ranked as winter > autumn > spring > summer.

The relative contributions of changes in four factors related to the PM health burden were also quantified, namely total population, population aging, baseline mortality rates, and ambient exposure. The results show that the population weighted PM concentration decreased by 28.

Size-segregated data including mass, number, and chemical component concentrations were obtained during a haze episode from January 12 to 23 in Zhengzhou to gain insight into the dominant factors for the growth of PM. PM levels during two local processes (LP1 and LP2) were mainly affected by the accumulation and secondary formation of local pollutants.
