To evaluate the diagnostic value of combination of D-dimer and Doppler Intima-Media Thickness (IMT) based on clinical data for vascular dementia (VaD). In this study, 100 cases of initial VaD were diagnosed by Zhenjiang Fourth People Hospital as VaD group, and 100 healthy were engaged as control group, medical history and test results were collected for evaluation. IMT and D-dimer were highly correlated with the onset of VaD.

Our study aims to investigate the efficacy and clinical significance of the Zuogui pill (ZGP) on premature ovarian failure (POF) via the GDF-9/Smad2 pathway. Changes in clinical symptoms in the control group (treated with Femoston alone) and the treatment group (treated with ZGP combined with Femoston) were assessed before and after treatment. Alpha synuclein (SNCA) genes and environmental factors are important risk factors of Parkinson's disease (PD). The agrichemicals paraquat, maneb and chlorpyrifos selectively target dopaminergic neurons, leading to parkinsonism, through ill-defined mechanisms. We analyzed the ability of low dose paraquat, maneb and chlorpyrifos, separately or combined together, to induce synucleinopathy in wild type mice.
