Analysis of poor work postures during morning care operations of intensive care unit nurses: a field research.

Background: Poor working postures in morning care operations contribute significantly to work-related muscle fatigue and low back pain among ICU (Intensive Care Unit, ICU) nurses. However,there are few field studies on the relationship between Poor working postures and work-related muscle fatigue, low back pain among ICU nurses.

Objective: This study aims to assess the frequency and degree of posture hazards associated with poor working postures during morning care operations of ICU nurses.

Clinical Characteristics of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19): A Comparison Between Laboratory-Confirmed and Clinically Suspected Patients.

To investigate the characteristic findings between laboratory-confirmed and clinically suspected patients with COVID-19. In this retrospective study, we included patients admitted to the Xiangya Hospital from Jan 24 to Feb 10, 2020. Two researchers separately collected and sorted out the patients' epidemiological, demographic, clinical, laboratory, and radiologic findings.

Systematic review and meta-analysis of effects of acupuncture on pain and function in non-specific low back pain.

Objective: To assess the effectiveness of acupuncture for non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) through systematic review of published randomised controlled trials (RCTs).

Methods: Studies were identified in electronic databases from their inception to February 2018, and were grouped according to the control interventions. The outcomes of interest were pain intensity and disability.

Therapeutic plasma exchange: A prospective randomized trial to evaluate 2 strategies in patients with liver failure.

Objective: To compare two means of performing therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) in patients with liver failure.

Method: This open-label monocentric randomized trial, conducted in a single prestigious general healthcare facility, recruited liver failure patients with an indication to receive artificial liver support therapy for TPE. All patients underwent TPE procedures and were administered in a random sequence: heparin-free or systemic heparinization with unfractionated heparin.

[Impact of heparin on coagulation index during the therapy of molecular adsorbent recirculating system in patients with liver failure].

Objective: To investigate the impact of coagulative parameters on different anticoagulation systems in molecular adsorbent recirculating system (MARS) in subjects with liver failure, and to evaluate the safety of different anticoagulation methods .

Methods: A prospective experimental observation was designed. According to anticoagulation Methods , 174 MARS treatment sessions for 146 patients with liver failure and prothrombin time activity percentage (PTA) ≤ 40% were randomly divided into 2 groups: 92 MARS treatment sessions in the heparin-free group and 82 in the low-dose heparin group.
