Objective: This study aimed to expand the understanding of the patient with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) experience and to compare/contrast patient and clinician prioritization of PsA dimensions.

Methods: We conducted four patients with PsA focus groups across three US rheumatology practices using mixed methods to identify attributes of PsA important to patients. Combination with extant attributes of PsA identified by a steering committee created a comprehensive list of attributes.

Background: International Dermatology Outcome Measures (IDEOM) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve the availability of evidence-based, consensus-driven outcome measures for dermatological diseases. IDEOM facilitates collaboration between stakeholders from various backgrounds, including researchers, patients, physicians, and industry representatives, to develop objective benchmark metrics that enable better treatment and management of dermatologic conditions.

Objective: This post hoc analysis compared the immunogenicity of the biosimilar adalimumab-adbm (Cyltezo) with the adalimumab reference product (RP; Humira) across indications, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Crohn's disease (CD) and plaque psoriasis (PsO), and by patient sex in the VOLTAIRE trials programme.

Methods: In each active-comparator randomised controlled trial (RCT), immunogenicity was assessed at various time points by the proportion of patients with antidrug antibodies (ADAs) and neutralising antibodies (nAbs), using acid dissociation followed by electrochemiluminescence assay. Assay sensitivity was 50 ng/mL, and drug tolerance was ≥30 µg/mL (free drug) at the low positive control level.

Background: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib monotherapy versus methotrexate (MTX) monotherapy over 5 years among MTX-naïve patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the long-term extension (LTE) of the phase 3 SELECT-EARLY trial.

Methods: Patients were randomized to receive upadacitinib 15 mg or 30 mg or MTX. Patients who did not achieve CDAI remission and had < 20% improvement in tender and swollen joint counts at week 26 received rescue therapy (addition of MTX in the upadacitinib group and addition of upadacitinib in the MTX group).

Methods: Following the OMERACT Handbook methods, our Working Group (WG), comprised of 90 members, including 17 patient research partners (PRPs) and 73 clinicians and researchers, had six virtual meetings in addition to email exchanges to develop draft definitions and descriptions. Background: The Outcome Measures in Rheumatology (OMERACT) Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) Working Group held a Special Interest Group (SIG) at the OMERACT 2023 conference in Colorado Springs where SLE collaborators reviewed domain sub-themes generated through qualitative research and literature review.

Objective: The objective of the SIG and the subsequent meetings of the SLE Working Group was to begin the winnowing and binning of candidate domain sub-themes into a preliminary list of candidate domains that will proceed to the consensus Delphi exercise for the SLE COS.

Methods: Four breakout groups at the SLE SIG in Colorado Springs winnowed and binned 132 domain sub-themes into candidate domains, which was continued with a series of virtual meetings by an advisory group of SLE patient research partners (PRPs), members of the OMERACT SLE Working Group Steering Committee, and other collaborators.

Background: Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis is characterised by inflammation and destruction of small to medium sized blood vessels. In the previously reported ADVOCATE study, a phase 3 double-blind, double-dummy randomised controlled trial of patients with newly diagnosed or relapsing ANCA-associated vasculitis, the oral selective complement 5a receptor inhibitor avacopan was shown to be non-inferior with regard to remission induction at week 26 and superior with regard to sustained remission at week 52, compared with a prednisone taper in a standard of care regimen.
