Intraneural ganglion cysts are a rare occurrence. They are most commonly found originating from the common peroneal nerve but are also frequently reported on the radial, ulnar, median, sciatic, tibial, and posterior interosseous nerves. A typical clinical presentation is posterior knee and calf pain resulting from tibial neuropathy with preferential degeneration of the popliteus muscle.

Theory: Despite high rates of psychiatric illnesses, medical students and medical professionals often avoid psychological help. Stigma may prevent medical students from seeking psychological help when experiencing distress, which may hinder their job performance and mental health. Compassionate values-preferred principles that guide attitudes and behaviors to focus on the wellness of others-may be a relevant predictor of medical students' perceptions of psychological help.

Devastating earthquakes occur on a megathrust fault that underlies the Tokyo metropolitan region. We identify this fault with use of deep seismic reflection profiling to be the upper surface of the Philippine Sea plate. The depth to the top of this plate, 4 to 26 kilometers, is much shallower than previous estimates based on the distribution of seismicity.
