Hematuria with electroconvulsive therapy: a case report.

We report a case of hematuria developing during the administration of electroconvulsive therapy. The patient had preexisting hypertension and was on anticoagulant therapy. Diagnostic evaluation revealed the source of bleeding to be the right kidney.
