Our approach unifies existing models and is practical and computationally easy. Resulting from completely monotonic functions, we introduce a rich family of parametric parsimonious binomial mixtures, including the incomplete Beta-, Gamma-, Normal-, and Poisson-binomial, generalizing the Beta-binomial.
