Purpose: To evaluate the epidemiologic and clinical features of orbital cellulitis caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
Design: Multicenter, retrospective case series.
Participants: Fifteen patients with culture-positive MRSA orbital cellulitis.

Purpose: To determine if skin cooling decreases the pain associated with periocular botulinum toxin A injections.
Methods: In this prospective study, 14 patients given bilateral periocular injections for blepharospasm or wrinkle reduction were included. Prior to the injections, one side received a skin cooling agent and the other side served as the control.
Purpose: To report a patient with a melanotic lesion of the conjunctiva that mimicked melanoma but proved to be a fungal infection on biopsy.
Design: Interventional case report.
Methods: A 75-year-old white man was examined for a 3-month history of a deeply pigmented lesion of the conjunctiva at the limbus of the right eye that closely resembled conjunctival melanoma.
Purpose: We describe a rapidly growing choroidal melanoma that failed to respond to consecutive globe-sparing treatments in an individual with ocular melanocytosis.
Design: Interventional case report.
Methods: A 53-year-old man with right ocular melanocytosis, decreased vision in the right eye, and right eye pain was referred for suspected choroidal melanoma.
Purpose: To report a patient with an X;13 translocation and facial features of 13q-syndrome who developed retinoblastoma.
Design: Observational case report.
Methods: A 9-month-old girl known to have an X;13 chromosomal translocation with a break point at 13q12.
