Quantification of protodioscin and rutin in asparagus shoots by LC/MS and HPLC methods.

A liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) method with selected ion monitoring was developed and validated to analyze the contents of protodioscin and rutin in asparagus.
