Anti-PD1 immunotherapy has emerged as a gold-standard treatment for first- or second-line treatment of stage IV NSCLC, with response rates ranging from 10 to 60%. Strategies to improve the disease control rate are needed. Several reports suggested that debulking surgery enhances anti-tumor immunity.

Anthropometric parameters were measured on the CT of PET/CT by in-house software (Anthropometer3D) allowing an automatic multi-slice measurement of Lean Body Mass (LBM), Fat Body Mass (FBM), Muscle Body Mass (MBM), Visceral Fat Mass (VFM) and Sub-cutaneous Fat Mass (SCFM).

Purpose: Acute exacerbations of COPD (AECOPD) are frequent and associated with a poor prognosis. A home discharge care bundle, the PRADO-BPCO program, has been set up by the French National Health System in order to reduce readmission rate after hospitalization for AECOPD. This program includes early consultations by the general practitioner, a nurse, and a physiotherapist after discharge.
