The reactions of diketene were investigated in the HF/MF and DF/MF (M = As or Sb) binary superacidic systems. Genomic rearrangements of the neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinase genes (NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3) are the most common mechanism of oncogenic activation for this family of receptors, resulting in sustained cancer cell proliferation.
