[Results of treatment of Hodgkin's disease in children. Observation of 203 cases treated with modified MVPP regimen combined with local radiotherapy].

Totally 209 children were treated within 1971-1982. Complete remission was achieved in 95.6%.

[Selected immunologic parameters and infections in children in over 1 year after completion of the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia].

An analysis of infection incidence within one year after completion of the treatment for the acute lymphoblastic leukemia was performed in the group of 24 children. Infections incidence was related to the selected immunological parameters, mainly T4 and T8 lymphocyte subpopulations assayed with monoclonal antibodies. T4/T8 cells ratio (Ix) was determined.

Evaluation of the LSA2L2 protocol for treatment of childhood non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. A report from the Polish Children's Leukemia/Lymphoma Study Group.

From 1979 to 1982, 97 previously untreated children with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were treated with the LSA2L2 protocol proposed by Wollner. Staging was done according to the criteria proposed by Wollner and re-staged according to Murphy's criteria. Each patient, regardless of clinical stage and histologic group, was given the same chemotherapy.
