Retroperitoneal giant ancient schwannoma.

Ancient schwannoma is a rare variant of benign peripheral nerve sheath tumor, often morphologically mimicking malignancy. Retroperitoneum is an uncommon location. We describe one case of giant retroperitoneal ancient schwannoma.
