Unlabelled: The aim of endodontic treatment in immature teeth is to disinfect and regenerate tissues in the apical region for the closure of the root. Stem cells from apical papilla (SCAP) by differentiating into odontogenic and osteogenic tissues create apical closure. Triple antibiotic pastes (TAP) disinfect the root canal without adversely affecting the SCAP.
