Objective: To evaluate the occurrence of genotoxic and cytotoxic effects in oral epithelium after exposure of patients to cone beam computed tomography (CBCT).
Methods: A systematic review (SR) was conducted following the PECO (Population, Exposure, Comparison, Outcome) criteria. The study was registered in the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO).
Purpose: Oral cancers in pregnancy (OCiP) are rare, however when diagnosed it complicates both the treatment of cancer and the outcome of pregnancy. The aim of this systematic review was to assess the factors impacting the foetal and maternal outcome in OCiP.
Materials And Methods: A systematic search was performed on the following electronic databases: PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar.

Recurrent aphthous stomatitis (RAS) is characterized by painful, oral mucosal ulcers with wide range of prevalence ranging from 2 to 78%. Etiology of RAS is idiopathic and multifactorial. There are numerous gaps in assessment and management of RAS and the absence of guidelines or a consensus document makes the treatment further difficult.

Onset of the clinical features occurs early in life, and the severity depends on the extent of chemical imbalance. This article describes a case of 22-year-old patient undiagnosed for 12 years with this endocrinopathy (IHP).

A panoramic radiograph was taken for a 9-year-old female patient with her earrings on; thus, artefactual shadows were cast on the radiograph. In addition to the two real images of the earrings, three additional images were seen corresponding to ghost images of the earrings. They were unusual not only in appearance but also because there were three in number.
